Adding Powerpoint Presentations to your sessions

We've added a new way to share presentation materials during your Converge sessions!

What's New

You can now upload and display PowerPoint or PDF files directly at the top of an Info activity. After hearing from several of you who wanted a quick way to share decks without switching tools, we built this right into the platform.

How It Works

When setting up an Info activity, simply upload your PowerPoint or PDF file. Participants will see it displayed at the top of the activity—no extra steps required.

Other Options Still Available

Of course, you can still share presentations using:

• Converge's integrated screen share for any content on your desktop
• Zoom screen sharing if you're running Converge alongside a Zoom session

This new feature is simply a convenient way to share decks when you're running a standalone Converge session and want everything in one place.
