AI Guide Generation
The new AI Guide Generation feature streamlines the session creation process by automatically producing comprehensive Converge session guides based on minimal or detailed inputs. Users simply provide session parameters (length, participant type) and session goals in a rich text field, and the system generates a complete session guide with a logical flow of diverse activity types optimized for Converge's platform capabilities.

This feature significantly reduces time spent on both guide creation and session programming, allowing facilitators to focus on delivering exceptional research experiences while maintaining methodological rigor.
Step 1: After creating session, click "AI Guide Generator" from session agenda page
Step 2: Add duration, participant count, participant type and most importantly research goals and guide context. The research goals/context can be as simple or as detailed as you'd like. Once your inputs are set click "Generate Session Guide"
Step 3: Review Guide. Take a look through the sections the AI created and familiarize with the guide. Theres as an "Export Guide" button that allows you to export to a word doc and ship out to a client or review with your team
Step 4: Refine/Edit Guide
Refine your guide allows you to request large revisions, stylistic changes, or additional sections etc through the us of AI. It takes about a minute as AI produces a new guide. Versions are stored and can be cycled through.
You can manually edit the guide as well through the "Edit" button at the top. This is useful if you want to make quick edits or know exactly what changes you want.
Step 5: Program Guide. Once you like the way the guide looks you can "Program" the guide to create this guide into your actual session's agenda.
That's it! After programming you have a full functional Converge session guide. Here you can obviously make any edits etc as normal.
