The Converge Insights Report synthesizes qualitative research into an executive-ready, five-part presentation:
- Executive Summary - Opens with a strategic overview of 2-3 paragraphs highlighting the session's key insights, followed by 3-5 concise takeaways that capture the most significant findings.
- Influential Themes - Identifies 2-3 recurring themes with clear titles, concise descriptions, supporting participant quotes, and business implications showing why these matter to stakeholders.
- Critical Findings - Presents 2-3 key discoveries with business significance, supporting quotes, impact statements explaining their importance, and actionable recommendations.
- Strategic Implications - Outlines 2-3 forward-looking implications with implementation steps, prioritized recommendations, potential risks, and success metrics for measuring progress.

Step 2: On the Create New Tab, make sure to check "Strategic Insights"
Step 3: Wait for the synthesis to complete ( 1-2min) and download the deck.
ASYNC Mode Enhancements
New progress tracking features for asynchronous sessions. Participants can now see clear visual indicators showing their individual completion progress for each activity and the overall session. This enhancement makes it easier for participants to track their advancement through asynchronous sessions, improving the user experience and helping them stay engaged with the process at their own pace.
