Features Added:

AI Synthesis Powerpoint

Purpose: Some clients prefer to produce a more presentable deliverable such as powerpoint format. The powerpoint format for the synthesis divides the results into half text and half chart on each slide. The slide text will be slightly shorter than that of the word output for synthesis. Example below.


Step 1: Locate the "AI Synthesis" under the session deliverables/actions ellipsis

Step 2: Select the "Powerpoint" option on the synthesis final step

AI Synthesis Survey and Ideas AI generated charts

Purpose: To better visualize the data we now have charts being generated for all activity types. Previously there were just charts on rate/select activities. Important: the new charts for survey/ideas are creatively determined by the AI model. We are simply prompting the AI to chart the most meaningful dataset you see in the results. The charts are included on both Word and Powerpoint Synthesis outputs. Examples below:


AI "Show to Participants" synchronous feature

Purpose: During the course of a live session a facilitator may want to summarize or prompt open text data to get a quick snapshot of the responses in realtime. Occasionally there is a desire to show these results to the participants who just completed the exercise. Below outlines the feature:

Step 1: Run AI Summarize/Custom Prompt:

Step 2: Toggle the participants ability to see by clicking the "eye" icon in the upper right of the AI output box:


Thats it, toggling on/off the eye icon enables participants to see/not see the output of the AI prompt.
